專(zhuān)門(mén)為PVC自由發(fā)泡板生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)設計的SJZ錐形雙螺桿擠出機，PVC自由發(fā)泡板設備采用進(jìn)口變頻器調速，選用進(jìn)口RKC、歐姆龍溫控儀表，具有調節范圍廣，溫控精度高，操作方便可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，輔機由真空定型臺、牽引機、切割機及推料架組成，配備大型強制冷卻裝置確保板材表面定型效果。履帶式牽引機采用進(jìn)口減速器電機及變頻器，具有結構合理、牽引力大，牽引穩定等特點(diǎn)。切割機具有工作可靠準確，切割精度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，推料架附有可移動(dòng)的推料小車(chē)和特制的橡膠保護層，具有不傷料，使用簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，輔機機組采用可編程電腦控制系統，整機控制可靠穩定。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)和功能
PVC結皮自由發(fā)泡板材，具有隔音、吸音、隔熱、保溫等性能。
板質(zhì)具有阻燃性，能自熄不虞火災，可以安全使用。
各系列產(chǎn)品都有防潮、防霉、不吸水的性能，而且防震效果好。
各系列產(chǎn)品經(jīng)耐候西方制成后，其色澤可長(cháng)久不變，不易老化。
本產(chǎn)品質(zhì)地經(jīng)，儲運、施工方便。
本產(chǎn)品使用一般木材加工工具即可施工。
可像木材一樣進(jìn)行鉆、鋸、釘、刨、粘等加工
可選用于熱成型，加熱彎曲及折疊加工。
可根據一般焊接程序焊接，亦可與其它PVC材料粘接
