PS板材生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)采用特殊混料功能及高塑化能力設計，為使塑料融化，色澤均勻擠出量增高。
專(zhuān)用于PS板材衣架型模頭采用特殊雙節流設計，使板材厚薄調整更為精準。
溫度控制±1℃可精確控制塑化過(guò)程及板材厚薄，平整性。
輥成型壓棍機采用水平式或垂直式，可自由升降方式在厚板薄板操作過(guò)程中提供更多選擇性，提高板材品質(zhì)。
PS板材厚薄控制采用螺桿調整及油壓壓輪雙向調整可精確控制板材厚薄度。
壓棍輪直徑為350mm及雙回路冷卻系統，配合模溫控制機精確控制壓棍輪溫度使板材，厚薄均勻。

特點(diǎn)及用途：
該產(chǎn)品以聚苯乙烯為主要原料，經(jīng)擠出而成，能自由著(zhù)色，無(wú)嗅無(wú)味無(wú)毒，不致菌類(lèi)生長(cháng)，具有剛性、絕緣、印刷性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，主要用于包裝、容器設備、日用裝璜、普通電器以及建筑等行業(yè)。
PS聚苯乙烯裝飾板是以聚苯乙烯顆粒模塑料在擠板機組上擠出成型的高分子有機板材。
